Parents Sue KSD, Superintendent Ulrich & the Custodian of Records for Public Records Law Violations

In case you are not aware, two parents recently filed a lawsuit against the Kirkwood School District, Superintendent David Ulrich, and the Custodian of Records for a series of violations of the Missouri Sunshine Law (MO’s public records law).
